Can I contact DSSE by phone?

Yes, although we recommend that all orders for salon supplies be placed online or via email. If you would prefer to speak to someone regarding your order the number for our customer service team is 1300 648 515 (during office hours).

Can I have my order delivered to me next day?

Yes, as long as all items are in stock and the next day is a working day (Monday to Friday). We must also receive your order by 2pm. Our next working day delivery service is available to metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra. Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery as goods are delivered by a courier company on our behalf.

I've received my order and packing slip however there is no receipt in the box?

To save on paper, all receipts are emailed to the address you supplied us. Please contact us if you have not received it 24 hours after payment has been made.

Please can you send me a catalogue of your products?

We do not produce a catalogue of our products as they are all listed on and ordered easily via our website. This enables us to ensure all the information and products we have are correct and up-to-date. It also reduces our overhead costs which means we can pass on the savings to you, our valued customer.

Are all prices on the website trade?

Yes, all products on this website are trade prices.

What happens after I have placed my order?

We will send you a Tax Invoice via email. Your order will then be processed and you will be emailed courier tracking details.

I’ve just ordered furniture and/or equipment as well as other products, will they all arrive together?

Normally our orders are sent together. However we do have several warehouses around Australia but you will be notified if you are to expect split deliveries.

What is your return/refund policy?

DSSE does not return goods if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. Please make sure to ask us all the questions and get all the information you require prior to placing your order. You can choose for a refund or exchange only when goods are faulty and cannot be repaired or are different from a product shown to you. If accepted, all returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty).
