Processing Time 

In stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days from receiving payment. Tracking numbers are supplied by email when the goods leave our warehouse. All items are fully checked, tested and set up to professional standards prior to dispatch. All pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Standard Shipping

Shipping is charged by weight and delivery postcode. You can get a shipping quote by adding your preferred items to your cart & entering your postcode in the cart page.

Door-to-door delivery

Our standard delivery service will bring your order to your kerbside or front door on the ground level, known as kerbside delivery. Make sure you have some help to bring the items inside as some of our items are very heavy. Please contact us if you require a quote for specialised freight. Delivery drivers are not insured to take items upstairs or inside of premises (unless special delivery has been arranged). White Glove Delivery                                                                                                               

Go beyond just having your furniture delivered to your premises. By choosing our premium white glove delivery service you’ll be receiving the best care and attention from our specialist team. We will take care of delivery, setting up your furniture in your desired location and disposal of all the wooden pallets and packaging that protects your item. Authority to Leave

All deliveries to residential addresses have an “authority to leave” which means it will be left at your premises in a safe place. We send emails with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse and it’s your responsibility to be at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery. DSSE will not be held responsible for any missing or stolen items.

If the courier deems the delivery address to be unsafe to leave your items, they will be taken back to the depot and you will be charged a redelivery fee of $38.50 for small items and up to $60 for large/bulkier orders.

We urge all customers to make sure they are at the delivery address at time of delivery otherwise its recommended you make other arrangements to avoid any issues.

PO Boxes

DSSE does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We try to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery times set out below. The delivery times stated are indicative only and we are not responsible for any delays. Neither DSSE or their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.

Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends or public holidays and these do not count as working days.
