Parcel Deliveries
All small items such as stools, beauty accessories, and lightweight items are delivered through our small-parcel courier service. Deliveries are made to residential and business addresses only, and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or most apartment buildings. Couriers deliver to the front door at ground level, so please ensure your address is easily accessible and include any delivery notes at checkout to help the driver. Our couriers do their best, but they cannot navigate obstacles, enter apartment buildings, buzz intercoms, or walk long distances from the vehicle to the door. For a smooth delivery, please make sure the driver can safely and easily reach your front door.
Large Bulky Deliveries
Freight deliveries by our courier companies are “kerbside delivery” as standard.
Kerbside delivery means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods (using a tail-lift truck) into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure. The courier will not be able to move goods further than the pallet trolley permits but will make sure that the goods are left in a safe and stable spot on the kerb. The delivery driver will always have to work within health and safety guidelines. Due to the size and weight of furniture, please ensure you have assistance to bring items inside
Orders containing heavy items such as beauty couches and reception desks are delivered on a pallet. This will be specified in the product features tab on our website. Please provide mobile phone number only at checkout. Deliveries are Monday to Fridays between 9:00am to 5:00pm and do not include public holidays.
For deliveries beyond the standard service, a White Glove option is available in selected Metro areas. This service is quoted on a case-by-case basis and may require additional details about your order and delivery location, such as photos and dimensions.

We provide the tracking information supplied by the freight company, but we
cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Any special delivery requests will be passed on to the freight company, but these are
at their discretion and may not always be accommodated.
With our standard delivery service, you can request a specific delivery date; however, this is at the courier’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed. You may also contact the courier directly to discuss preferred delivery times once your order has been dispatched and you have received a tracking number.
If you choose our premium delivery service, we will do our best to accommodate your requested date, depending on courier availability.
Commercial Addresses:
Deliveries to commercial addresses require someone to be on site to accept the delivery, as couriers do not have authority to leave items unattended. Redelivery fees will apply for any missed deliveries. Please ensure any special instructions, such as operating hours, are provided when placing your order.
Residential Addresses:
Deliveries to residential addresses have “authority to leave,” meaning your order can be left in a safe location at your premises. If the driver deems the area unsafe, the parcel will not be left and may be returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is at the address to receive the delivery. DSSE cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen items after delivery.
For all commercial addresses, and for residential deliveries deemed unsafe by the courier, items will be returned to the depot. Redelivery fees apply – $45 for small items and $99 for larger orders. We strongly recommend being present at the delivery address or making alternative arrangements to avoid delays or issues.
Please note, once your order has been delivered and proof of delivery is provided, DSSE cannot accept responsibility for the items.
Delivery times depend on stock availability and generally range from 1–9 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is with the courier, DSSE has limited control over the timing. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, neither DSSE or their designated carrier is liable for any consequential loss or damages in the event of delivery delays or complications.
We try to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. If you need your item by a specific date, let us know and we’ll advise if we are able to assist, but please note that urgent deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send an sms to the mobile number provided on your order, confirming that your order has been dispatched and what notifications you can expect. Please ensure you provide a correct mobile number to receive these updates.
Some products are fragile. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are received in good condition. Avoid assembling the item, as we cannot accept returns for assembled products. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Yes, but you must contact us to schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that bulky items can only be picked up in a van, truck, ute, or similar. DSSE is unable to load orders into cars or 4WDs.
