Goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from receiving payment. Tracking Numbers are supplied by email when the goods leave our warehouse. All items are fully checked, tested and set up to professional standards before dispatch.
Our standard delivery service will bring your order to your kerbside or front door on the ground level, known as kerbside delivery. Make sure you have some help to bring the items inside as some of our items are very heavy. Please contact us if you require a quote for specialised freight. Delivery drivers are not insured to take items upstairs or inside of premises (unless special delivery has been arranged). Please note, all white glove deliveries are quoted on a case by case basis and will require further information. We are unable to offer a flat rate for this additional service.
All deliveries to residential addresses have an “authority to leave” which means it will be left at your premises in a safe place. We send emails with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse and it’s your responsibility to be at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery. DSSE will not be held responsible for any missing or stolen items. If the courier deems the delivery address to be unsafe to leave your items, they will be taken back to the depot and you will be charged a redelivery fee of up to $45 for small items and up to $99 for larger orders. We urge all customers to make sure they are at the delivery address at time of delivery otherwise it’s recommended you make other arrangements to avoid any issues.
We deliver the goods in accordance with standard road transport within Australia. Neither DSSE or their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
We offer a range of shipping costs throughout Australia. DSSE makes all attempts to ensure shipping costs are kept as low as possible for all clients. Shipping is based on kg weight of your chosen item and the location it is being delivered. You can get a quote by adding all of your items to your cart and entering your postcode in the cart page.
